Restoration elevationCompleted in 1905, this 9,000 square-foot, single-family home in Bayou St. John has stunning architectural details. The home was fire damaged in 2021, purchased by the current owners in 2023, and will receive a complete restoration.
Turn of the century VictorianThis turn of the century Victorian was purchased as the location of Stalder Plastic Surgery. The approach was to bring back the feeling of a fine, single-family home to the space, which must function as a surgical practice. The end result of this renovation is a premises which not only reconciles these things but is also aligned with the mission and values of Stalder Plastic Surgery.
Completed in 1895 as a single-family home for Mme. Begue, this property was converted to a 7-unit apartment complex and came to the current owners in disrepair. The building will be restored as a furnished, 6-unit apartment building that honors its legacy.
Completed in 1887, this Victorian beauty received an update to its carriage house and an addition in the 1990s by the owner of Legacy Restoration. More recently, the home has undergone extensive kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as a whole house interiors refresh including wall and window treatments, lighting and furniture selections.
